AGREEMENT BETWEEN USER AND Villandry LLC, the owner and operator of the Valridge.com website.

The Valridge Web Site is comprised of various Web pages operated by Villandry LLC dba Valridge and hereafter referred to as Valridge.

REFUND / EXCHANGE / CANCELLATION POLICY

To receive a refund or cancellation, please contact us at customerservice@Valridge.com. Include your order number, the best way to contact you, and the reason you wish to return your product. If eligible, our customer service department will email you a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number, which you will need to include within your return package. We will notify you via email once your return is processed and your refund or credit is available (usually 7-10 business days).
